Delete your data

You can stop Pubgro from using your Instagram account at any time and ask us to delete the data we hold about you.

1. Disconnect Instagram

Log in to the Pubgro Studio and open Auto DM → Disconnect. We delete your Instagram access token right away and pause all your automations.

2. Remove Pubgro from Instagram

In the Instagram app, open Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites and remove Pubgro. Instagram then stops sending us anything about your account.

3. Ask us to delete everything

Email support@pubgro.com from the email address of your Pubgro account with the subject “Delete my data”. Tell us your Instagram username if you connected one.

We confirm your request, then delete your Instagram data (connection, automations and comment activity) and your account details within 30 days. We may keep payment records that the law requires us to keep, and nothing else.

Commented on a creator’s post?

If you received an automatic message after commenting on a creator’s Instagram post and want us to delete the record of that comment, email us with your Instagram username and we will delete it.
