Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who applies to Pubgro or uses a Pubgro creator account. By using Pubgro you agree to them.

Creator accounts

• You must be 18 or older. Accounts are created by the Pubgro team after reviewing an application.
• Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

• You keep the rights to what you publish. You allow Pubgro to show it on our websites and to promote it.
• Only publish content you have the right to share. No copied work, hateful, adult, misleading or illegal content.
• We may review, edit, hide or remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

Instagram Auto DM

• Auto DM sends one reply to people who comment on your posts. Use it only for helpful replies such as the link to your guide — never for spam.
• You must follow Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Instagram may limit messages at any time.

Earnings

• Creators receive a share of the revenue of the website they publish on, based on the readers they bring, as shown in the Studio.
• Estimates are not a promise. Revenue changes every month, and earnings from invalid or artificial traffic are not paid.
• Payouts are made after the month is closed, to the payment details you give us.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms readers or other creators, or puts our websites at risk. You can stop using Pubgro at any time.

Liability

Pubgro is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services such as Instagram or AI tools, or by downtime outside our control.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell creators about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
