Privacy Policy

Pubgro (“we”, “us”) runs a publishing platform for content creators at pubgro.com and the websites connected to it. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: support@pubgro.com.

Information creators give us

• Creator application: name, email, phone number (optional), city, Instagram username, follower range and the topics you create about.
• Creator account: name, login email, password (stored only as a secure hash), profile photo, bio and the social links you add.
• Content: the posts, images and videos you publish through Pubgro.
• Payments: the details needed to pay your earnings and the payment reference of each payout.

Information from Instagram (Auto DM)

If you choose to connect your Instagram professional account to use Auto DM, we use the official Instagram API with your permission. We access only what the feature needs:

• Your Instagram account ID, username, account type and profile picture, to show which account is connected.
• A list of your recent posts and reels, so you can choose which post an automation runs on.
• New comments on your posts, sent to us by Instagram. When a comment matches an automation you created, we store the commenter’s Instagram-scoped ID, username and comment text to send the reply you set up and to show it in your activity list.
• The private reply (and optional public reply) we send on your behalf, and whether it was delivered.

We never read your other direct messages, never post content without an automation you created, and never sell Instagram data or use it for advertising. Your Instagram access token is stored encrypted and is used only to run your automations.

Visitors of our websites

Our websites count visits without cookies: we store an anonymous daily code that cannot identify a person, the page viewed, the type of device, the country, the referring website, how far the page was scrolled and how long it was open. Raw visit records are kept for 30 days and then combined into daily totals. Our websites may show Google ads; Google’s use of cookies is described in each website’s own privacy policy.

How we use information

• To run your account, publish your content and run the automations you set up.
• To review creator applications and content, and to keep the platform safe.
• To calculate and pay creator earnings.
• To contact you about your account.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Pubgro (hosting, email) under confidentiality, with Instagram/Meta when you use Auto DM, and when the law requires it.

Your choices and deletion

• You can disconnect Instagram at any time in Studio → Auto DM, or remove Pubgro in Instagram → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
• You can ask us to delete your data. See how to delete your data.

Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, encrypted Instagram tokens and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us at once if you notice anything unusual.

Children

Pubgro creator accounts are only for people aged 18 or older.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and tell creators about important changes by email or in the Studio.
